There are four vital needs of life. If we are without any one of these, life just will not sustain istelf. They are, in order of least to most vital, food or nourishment, Water, Oxygen, and proper nerve flow.
4. Nourishment: Well we all need to eat, that is for sure, but when it comes down to it, we can go without food for several days to weeks before life will suffer.
3. Water: Same as nourishment, we cannot live without water, but we can go several days without water before the negative affects start to reveal themselves.
2. Oxygen: Oxygen is extremely important to life, but we can go several minutes without oxygen.
1. PROPER NERVE FLOW: This is the single most important need of our bodies. Why you ask? We cannot go one second without communication from the brain to the body! We are all familiar with the guillotine. The connection of the brain to the body through the spinal cord and nerves is essential to life. The moment it ceases, life ceases.
